Financial Analyst
Location: Calabasas, CA (In-office)
The Financial Analyst supports the organization’s financial planning, reporting, and analysis efforts by providing timely, accurate, and actionable insights to management. This role is responsible for analyzing key financial performance drivers, including revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), gross profit, and labor-related costs (wages and contract labor), and comparing results against budget and forecasts. The Financial Analyst partners closely with Accounting and cross-functional teams to support budgeting, monthly close, and ongoing business decision-making.
