Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)
-Maintain high volume of outbound calls and prioritization of leads
-Manage multiple computer databases for documenting patient information
-Generate interest/dedication in sleep apnea therapy and our follow-up care program
-Confirm or capture patient demographics, insurance, equipment and/or physician information
-Delivery timely and accurate information regarding insurance eligibility and coverage
-Act as the liaison between the patient and other departments, if necessary
-Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
-Provide high level customer service in a fun and fast-paced environment
-Excellent telephone and written communication skills required
-Proficiency with a computer and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
-Healthcare experience helpful, but not required
-High school graduate or GED required
