CPAP medical equipment is personal in nature and cannot be returned once opened whether the equipment shows usage or not. Nationwide Medical will accept returns on any unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date.
Customers who wish to return an item must contact our Patient Services Department at (877) 307-2727 to request a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) in order to receive a refund. Items returned without an associated RA Number will not be refunded. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Please note that any product that has been opened cannot be returned.
Nationwide Medical will accept returns on merchandise sold that has manufacturing defects.
If the product you purchased has defective materials or workmanship please contact us immediately for resolution and to obtain an RA Number. Once Nationwide Medical has received and inspected the product you will receive a replacement product or refund.
**Customers are responsible for return shipping costs** ...unless the item was shipped to the customer due to an error by Nationwide Medical or in the event the item was defective.
