As a Project Manager…

You will be responsible for leading and executing strategic projects across the organization, with a strong focus on Merger and Acquisition (M&A) initiatives. This role requires effective communication of cross-functional teams, proactive management of project timelines, and ensuring that all efforts are aligned with broader business objectives.

Key responsibilities include driving integration and operational alignment of acquired entities, particularly within the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry. Prior experience in the DME space is strongly preferred, given the sector-specific considerations involved in post-acquisition activities.

 

Job Location: Calabasas, CA (In-Person)

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of small to moderately complex projects, with a focus on M&A integrations and operational initiatives

  • Lead all phases of the project lifecycle—planning, execution, monitoring, and closure—ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, milestone trackers, status reports, and post-project reviews

  • Partner with senior leadership to prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively across the organization

  • Communicate project strategies, progress, risks, and results clearly to internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership

  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure smooth execution

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams—such as Finance, Operations, Compliance and Customer Service—to ensure alignment and collaboration

  • Monitor and report on project performance metrics, offering actionable insights and strategic recommendations

  • Ensure adherence to corporate standards, policies, and procedures through the project lifecycle

  • Review, validate, and ensure project deliverables meet business, regulatory, and operational requirements

  • Support data migration and system integration efforts as part of M&A activities

  • Adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across teams and processes

  • Demonstrate and promote company core values in all aspects of work and collaboration

  • Flexibility to travel domestically in support of M&A projects

  • Other duties and/or projects as assigned

Your Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably in multi-company integration efforts

  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects with complex deliverables and interdependencies

  • Familiarity with M&A processes, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger alignment

  • Brightree experience preferred (optional)

  • DME experience preferred

  • Exposure to healthcare operations or regulatory environments

Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 Per Year, plus bonus potential
