As a Regional Sales Representative…

You will build relationships with referral sources and drive sales growth by promoting DME products or services through direct, in-person interactions.

What You’ll Do:

​

  • Initiate contact with local-regional referral sources in an effort to obtain PAP supply orders, CGM orders and orders for other products as applicable

  • Respond to and facilitate intake of patient referrals (including, but not limited to prescriptions, sleep studies, insurance demographics, etc.)

  • Follow up with appropriate resources to achieve complete patient file

  • Help referral sources maintain compliance standards for all documents received in accordance with Company compliance and HIPAA regulations

  • Maintain individual and departmental goals to achieve successful metrics

  • Maintain individual monthly goal which will be given at the beginning of each month

  • Assist in achieving sales team monthly goals

How You’ll Stand Out:

​

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience in Sales or Marketing

  • Previous experience in healthcare field or DME preferred

  • Phone Sales: Strong rapport building phone communication skills; ability to speak in brief, direct sentences which have a concise point; voicemail delivery ability to vary the message and inspire excitement; adapting verbal style

  • Active Listener: Ability to capture verbal queues; repeating back input; working with difficult/technical talkers; obtaining and documenting insights into CRM; ability to redirect; interact with peers and managers

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications​​
