Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday

Job Location: Calabasas, CA (In-Office)

What You’ll Do:

​

• Maintain high volume of outbound calls and prioritization of leads

• Manage multiple computer databases for documenting patient information

• Initiate phone calls to current patient population to replenish supplies

• Confirm or capture patient demographics, insurance, equipment and/or physician information

• Deliver timely and accurate information regarding insurance eligibility and coverage

• Act as the liaison between the patient and other departments, if necessary

• Provide high level customer service in a fast-paced environment

• Other duties as assigned

How You’ll Stand Out:

​

• 2-3 years of customer service experience 

• Excellent telephone and written communication skills required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with a computer and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• High school graduate or GED required

Compensation: $20.00-$22.00/hour
