Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday

What You’ll Do:

Maintain high volume of outbound calls and prioritization of leads

Manage multiple computer databases for documenting patient information

Initiate phone calls to current patient population to replenish supplies

Confirm or capture patient demographics, insurance, equipment and/or physician information
-
Deliver timely and accurate information regarding insurance eligibility and coverage
-
Act as the liaison between the patient and other departments, if necessary

Provide high level customer service in a fast-paced environment

Other duties as assigned

How You’ll Stand Out:
​

2-3 years of customer service experience
-
Excellent telephone and written communication skills required

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-
Proficiency with a computer and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

High school graduate or GED required

Compensation: $20.00-$22.00/hour
