Every 90 days we will call you to make sure that you are doing well with your therapy. At this time, we will also ask if you need to replace your tubing, filters, mask and headgear, depending on your insurance's guidelines.

If you are having an emergency after our phone lines are closed, you can call our clinical care support number to be connected to someone that can help you out. *If you are having a medical or life threatening emergency, please dial 911.*

Free Shipping on Equipment

We will ship your product for free straight to your home when you use your insurance. For items bought on our cash pay site, check for special promotions to get free shipping.

Complimentary Insurance Verification

We will contact your insurance provider to get the details of what is covered and what is not. This includes your deductible and the percentage of what is covered.

We Take Care of the Documents
