Digital Marketing Specialist

We have a terrific opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist who wants to join our team in our Calabasas office (this position is not remote).

What You’ll Do

  • Create initiatives to grow weekly online sales to become a consistent revenue generator

  • Coordinate messaging and execution of email campaigns

  • Build and manage various ad campaigns (PPC, Display, Social) through various platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) to increase revenue/ROAS

  • Analyze search data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction

  • Assist management with customer experience, including design, content navigation, information architecture, branding, performance and functionality

  • Monitor trends in social media, e-commerce, and your specific industry to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions with customers.

  • Communicate to appropriate departments any promotions, pricing, product or site issues

  • Assess potential roadblocks and develop plans to avoid shortfalls

  • Maintain compliance standards for all documents received in accordance with company compliance and HIPAA regulations

  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and manufacturer guidelines

  • Assess potential roadblocks and work with management to avoid shortfalls

  • Other duties as assigned

How You’ll Stand Out

  • B.A. Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred, or equivalent work experience

  • 1-2+ years in eCommerce and/or web marketing, including Google Ads and Facebook advertising

  • Basic technical knowledge and experience with HTML; Shopify/Wix experience a plus

  • Strong experience with eCommerce and the ability to drive sales with creative marketing ideas and strategies

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.)

  • Ability to stay updated on industry developments and emerging social media trends

  • Knowledge of Internet Marketing best practices that result in customer acquisition, retention and growth.

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
