Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday

​

What You’ll Do

  • Complete various compliance driven outreaches

  • Assist patients PAP device issues over the phone, providing detailed guidance on resolving issues

  • Educate patients on proper mask usage and recommend more suitable mask options

  • Educate patients on the importance of consistent use of their CPAP/BiLevel machines

  • Review patients' compliance data

  • Explain the compliance guidelines required by insurance to ensure patients understand the criteria they must meet for coverage

  • Provide support for oxygen patients as needed

  • Accurately document all patient interactions and outcomes

  • Follow all assigned clinical care processes and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality patient support

  • Support Clinical Care by handling inbound patient calls, as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

How You’ll Stand Out:​

  • High School graduate or GED required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare environment

  • Excellent customer service skills (ability to handle sensitive/challenging communications)

  • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for patients

  • Ability to prioritize workload with frequent interruptions

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude

  • Problem-solving skills required

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
